This is a wonderful place where you can eat a delicious gelato. The people who work at Festival Del Gelato are wonderful. I highly recommend this place in Firenze for your gelato.
Pros: The ice cream was really delicious. Cons: I think I fell in love with the guy at the counter, and now my heart is broken. Anyway, I strongly recommend this place, 5/5.
Good gelato, with much shorter wait line. They are opened till later than stated in the Google page.

Super tasty gelato!!! I do not normally write reviews but I had such pleasant experience eating here, they had so many flavours, while price and service was really good too. Strongly recomend!!
SUPER good gelato! I live here in Florence and have tried a ton of Gelateria’s and It’s hard to find a fruit gelato that isn’t fake tasting or too sweet. Here, their fruit is perfect. They also do exceptional cream gelato. Their pistachio is way better than the shop across the street.
Incredibly friendly service and super delicious gelato! We had the dragonfruit and mango. Both amazing. Was only €2.80 for a single scoop. Cheapest we found so far in Florence.
Awesome Ice Cream store. Plenty of types to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Great atmosphere and always busy. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely will go back next time I am in Florence :)

Perfect combination of soft/a little crispy and the Nutella melted into the crepe. It’s really rich, I’d recommend sharing unless you can handle 1/3 cup of Nutella on your own. Best gelato in town!!Original owner still makes the best gelato I have tasted. Staff great, gelato better. Do not miss!!
We stayed in Firenze several days and tried several gelaterias. This one was our favorite. We went back three times and enjoyed great gelato every visit!
Very nice gelato cafe. Lots of interesting flavours on offer. Very clean inside and staff friendly. Vegan options also available. Recommended flavours are the chocolatey/Nutella/cheesecake however the fruit flavours are also superb - strawberry, lemon, mango, banana, passion fruit and and green melon. There are lots of shops selling gelato in Florence but you can't go wrong here.
Looks like a cheap place but their deserts are amazing!! The service and staff so friendly. We ordered the tiramisu and the Sfogliatella with pistachio and it was wooow
We wanted to avoid the tourist-hyper-sweet gelato shops and stumbled almost by chance on this one. The taste is good, not too sweet. There is a huge selection of various flavours. Service was friendly and attentive. They also serve an EXCELLENT coffee.
Great selection of gelato! Servers were kind and funny. It’s a popular spot and worth a try in my opinion. Got the tiramisu and pistachio!
